Why do you assign pathetic human values on these dear animals? Baldy mcgregor is one cool animal, yet you call him ugly? The arrogance of humans know no limits, as another said, you apply human standards on non human animals. Really poor narration, so many sheep say, oh hes got a nice voice, right, so talk all the crap u want, but if your voice is nice, the sheep lap it up.

Look at this lovely little bundle of joy ,why in gods name will these chimps in the wild will attack gorilla’s and eat their young infants,yes they are meat eaters but they understand how wonderful the young are,

I don’t believe Flint died of grief. Most likely he died from an illness. He looks like he was very sick. That’s my two cents.

Oh my goodness, I remember the ending of this documentary very clearly. I was maybe 7 or 8 years old, remember watching it on TV and being VERY unsettled by the ending, suggesting that the chimps will have their habitat destroyed.

I was so happy when I heard that Fifi had 3 kids of her own, and she was happy. Finally, her brother Fagin got used to his paralyzed arm, was getting the respect he wanted, and was on his way to becoming a dominant male. Frodo and Fanny are doing good. Because they had an excellent mother, Flo who taught them how to survive is why they her kids made it, except for Flint. RIP, Flo & Flint.

Flint was extremely unlikable, I guess it was meant to be that he died of grief after his mother died because he couldn't function and live on his own without her and he was 6 years old.

Poor old Baldy McGregor I feel bad for him 😢
